Business Process Outsourcing

Your client trusted a badge. They're paying for a person.

Outsourcing contracts are built on a promise: the vetted, trained agent your client approved is the one handling their data. Shift farming, unauthorized subcontracting, and shared logins quietly break that promise without ever tripping a password. SpiAlert verifies the contracted agent continuously, at every seat, on-site or at home.

The gap in this environment

The login authenticates the account. It does not authenticate the agent your client approved.

Standard access control confirms a credential once at login and then trusts the seat for the rest of the shift. In a multi-client outsourcing operation, that gap is where shift farming happens: a vetted agent logs in, then hands the seat to an unapproved substitute for part or all of the shift, and every client system sees only the original login.

SpiAlert holds the session to a verified human second by second, passively, using the webcams you already have. When the authorized person is not present, access is denied and the screen is protected immediately, then revealed automatically when they return.

Client contractual trust

Why this matters here

Client contracts typically name the approved, background-checked personnel authorized to handle their data, not just an account. When a substitute works the seat unannounced, the outsourcer is in breach the moment that happens, whether or not anything goes wrong. SpiAlert's continuous presence record gives both the outsourcer and the client verifiable proof of exactly who was at the seat, turning an assumption into evidence.

Where it applies

Use cases for this industry.

Outsourced agent identity assurance

Continuously verify the contracted, vetted agent throughout the shift, and detect the moment an unapproved substitute takes the seat.

Client proof-of-presence reporting

Give clients a verifiable presence record for their contracted seats, supporting audits, renewals, and SLA reviews.

Payment and PCI workflows

Protect card and payment data on-screen, with the display protected the instant an unauthorized person appears.

Home and remote agent coverage

Extend the same presence standard to work-from-home agents, detecting roommates, visitors, or unapproved helpers at the workstation.

Supervisor and override controls

Verify the authorized supervisor before refunds, overrides, or access escalations, with presence logged for audit readiness.

What it delivers

What SpiAlert delivers here.

SpiAlert is architected to support your compliance obligations. It provides continuous presence evidence, not a certification.

Presence at every outsourced seat

Verifies the contracted agent continuously, closing the gap that shift farming and unauthorized subcontracting depend on.

Forensic-grade presence record

A continuous, per-seat presence trail that gives clients defensible evidence for audits and contract renewals.

Data sovereignty by design

No raw images stored or transmitted. Facial data is converted to irreversible templates. A sovereign server keeps governance with you.

The bottom line

A client contracts for a specific, vetted person at the seat, not just a login. SpiAlert ensures the person your client is paying for is the person actually there.
